Stempoint East

Generation Stevenage is an exciting online event where young people, and their parents/carers, can meet the world-class employers on their doorstep and learn more about careers in science, technology, engineering, maths, and healthcare.

The event aims to raise awareness of the opportunities for young people (aged 15-18) within their local area. These are focused on the STEM sector champions represented by:

  • MBDA: engineering, technology, maths
  • Airbus: engineering, technology, maths
  • GSK: science and healthcare
  • NHS: science and healthcare
  • Stevenage Bioscience Catalyst: life sciences
  • Cell and Gene Therapy Catapult: life sciences

This virtual event will be accessible via Zoom & will take place on Tuesday 1 December, 6.00-7.35pm.

Students will be able to book two breakout sessions to hear from apprentices and early career starters what it is like to work in their chosen sectors.

Our Schools

Synergy Multi-Academy Trust comprises fifteen Norfolk schools serving children between the ages of 2 and 18.
