Student Wins Science Writing Prize

Last term Miss Gardener in the Science Department entered students in a Science "essay" competition for Years 10 and 11.

It was also open for Years 10-13 across the whole country and we are pleased to report that Rose Fairhurst was Second Runner-Up with her piece published here - https://oxsci.org/dr-james-allison-transforming-cancer-treatment-and-changing-lives/.

She is one of the youngest on this winner/runner up list (http://oxsci.org/schools/) that is filled with 6th form entrants from far and wide!

A wonderful piece of writing from Rose! Rose and her parents are very pleased and very proud of her efforts and so are we!

Our Schools

Synergy Multi-Academy Trust comprises fifteen Norfolk schools serving children between the ages of 2 and 18. Our schools work collaboratively together to raise standards and provide education of the highest possible standard, offering the best of opportunities for pupils. The Trust was initially established in 2015. We believe that all of our schools have strengths and areas to develop, and that all can improve through sharing expertise and wisdom. The Trust understands that there will be excellent practice in each school, and that every school will be able to contribute to the development of the Trust as a whole.
