Students

Houses

Students join a tutor group which is made up of students from all year groups.

The House system currently places students into four different Houses; Nelson, Cavell, Sewell and Carter. Throughout the year students are encouraged to gain House points by taking part in inter-house activities to add to their House’s overall total. At the end of the year The ‘House Cup’ will be presented to the House with the most points.

Inter-House activities will run throughout the year. All activities are intended to engage students in a range of activities during school the school day and as part of extracurricular provision. It is hoped that these opportunities will encourage students’ sense of belonging to a House and increase their participation. Competitions and activities will be open to students of all abilities and reflect a variety of interests.

Our Schools

Synergy Multi-Academy Trust comprises fifteen Norfolk schools serving children between the ages of 2 and 18. Our schools work collaboratively together to raise standards and provide education of the highest possible standard, offering the best of opportunities for pupils. The Trust was initially established in 2015. We believe that all of our schools have strengths and areas to develop, and that all can improve through sharing expertise and wisdom. The Trust understands that there will be excellent practice in each school, and that every school will be able to contribute to the development of the Trust as a whole.
